The group convenes regularly online to learn from local and national experts, share challenges and best practices, and explore new policies that can advance reuse and refill as a new norm rather than an exception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Members represent the full spectrum of Colorado\u2019s reuse industry<\/strong>, from city staff implementing local ordinances to entrepreneurs and advocates pioneering reusable foodware and packaging systems. Together, we\u2019re advancing practical solutions that reduce waste, save resources, and build resilient local economies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/secure.everyaction.com\/0COESCp0qkCYULI9t6A4ug2\">Sign up to join the Colorado Reuse Leaders Network<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Turning Collaboration into Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When Colorado\u2019s new <a href=\"https:\/\/cdphe.colorado.gov\/hm\/epr-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Producer Responsibility for Recycling<\/a> law was being developed, Colorado Reuse Leaders made our voices heard. The coalition submitted a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1RpuqV65Pzt6bhfmMw20LvzrFLeRf1dkKGbSMmcEWiPA\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">public comment letter<\/a> urging the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Circular Action Alliance to strengthen reuse, refill, and waste-reduction systems in the program\u2019s implementation plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The letter\u2014signed by <strong>15 municipalities, nonprofits, and businesses<\/strong>\u2014had a clear impact, with many of its recommendations being incorporated into the draft plan proposal.
